We collect only what you choose to share with us through our forms, we use it only to talk with you about surrogacy, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you submit an interest form or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact details, and—for surrogate applicants— sensitive personal information such as your pregnancy history, health history, household information, and background information. You choose what to share; fields not marked as required are optional.

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, which never leaves your device.

Your information is used for one purpose: to review your inquiry and talk with you about a potential surrogacy journey or family-building match. Submitting a form does not create any obligation on your part, and we will only contact you about your inquiry.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible. A copy of your submission is delivered by email to Vela Surrogacy’s founder, and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Because your health-related answers are sensitive, we treat every submission as confidential. Vela Surrogacy is a matching and support agency, not a medical practice; if you proceed to medical screening, your care will be handled by licensed clinics that are bound by their own medical privacy obligations, including HIPAA where it applies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information—ever. We share it only with the service providers that make this website run (our hosting provider and our email delivery provider), and only so far as needed to store your submission and deliver it to us. If your journey moves forward, we will only share your information with others involved in the process—such as clinics, attorneys, or intended parents—with your knowledge and consent.

You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Reach us through the contact form or on Instagram at @velasurrogacy, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Surrogate applicants must be adults to be considered.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly—no fine print.
